Thigh StreIch

Place your left hand on a wall for support.
Grab your right ankle with your
right hand and gently pull your heel up
toward your buttocks. Hold for 30 seconds,
then repeat with your left ankle.

Achilles Tendon and Calf Stretch

To stretch your calf muscles and
Achilles tendons, stand about three
feet from a wall and place your palms
flat against it. Keep your heels on the
floor and your back straight, as you
lean closer to the wall. Hold that position
for 30 seconds.

Straddle StreIch

Sit on the floor and spread your
legs out flat. Lean forward as far
as you can, sliding your hands on
rhe floor. Hold the position for 30
seconds. The straddle stretch is
good for the muscles in your back
and the backs of your legs.
