SUPPER ONE-POT STEW IN makes CAMP an easy evening meal. Or yon can prepare 1 a main dish of meat, poultry, or fish; add some vegetables; and hake some biscuits. A dessert and something to drink will round out a feast to remember.
Many good recipes for camp supper follow. To make your plan- ning easier, most of them are for one serving.

QUICK ONE-POT CAMP STEW

It's hard to beat a one-pot stew for speedy outdoor cooking and hearty dining. With a few ingredients and a little imagination, you can make it in dozens of different ways. Just prepare and combme one item from each of the foffowing lists. Where amounts are not listed below, use the 'Single Serving Sizes" chart on page 261. The vegetables can he eaten separately from the stew or drained and stirred right into the pot. Season to taste. Add a beverage, some bread, and a dessert to round out the meal.

Spaghetti, Macaroni Noodles, Ramen noodles

Tuna fish Canned chicken or Tofu, 3 ounces or Textured vegetable protein, 3 ounces

Gravy mix, 1 packet (checken, mushroom, onion), Spagehetti sausce 4 to 8 Stroganoff sauce, 4 to 8 ounces Tomato sauce, 8-ounce can

Cooked vegetables Chopped cheese Chopped nuts, 1 handful
